Refund Policy

NOTICE FOR ALL COSTUMER

This Refund Policy only applies to fees collected by Insights Visa Services for the services provided and this Policy does not apply to Visa Fees or any Government Fees which are paid towards your Visa Application to the country you are applying for. All Refunds will be governed by laws of the local country where the services are being rendered. The visa fee and legalization fee will be subject to the refund policy of the respective country you are applying for. It is important that you read this Refund Policy carefully.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
  • In the event a refund request is found appropriate as per the contract and approved; the refund will be processed in 30 working days after the request due retainer fees, credit card, transfer or conversion charges incurred during the process anytime and not charged to the client earlier will also be deducted from the amount approved for refund and balance amount will be refunded to the client.
  • Company will not refund any fees to the client if the client applies for cancellation after the application has been processed /submitted to the relevant authorities.
  • There will be no refund if the client withdraws the ongoing application at any stage.
  • There will be no refund if the application gets rejected due to false information, misrepresentation, fraud, medical or security inadmissibility or failure by the client to adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  • There will be no refund if the application gets rejected because of client’s withholding relevant information at any time during the processing of the immigration application or at the time of interview with visa officer; and if the client does not cooperate in the finalization for the immigration case.
  • There will be no refund if the immigration program closes, and the capacity of the program has been reached. (In some special case the client can continue with the same contract on the next available intake).
  • Company requires 30 working days to process the refund case.

REFUND POLICY: Once the client file has been created, the initial consulting is completed. The client must complete the required document checklist. After ensuring the documents are genuine and correct the process will start. At the expiry of this agreement if the services mentioned are not delivered then the Client is eligible to get 50% of the paid amount after deduction of the admin fee as a considerable amount of work has been done.

EFFECT OF NOTICE AND CHANGES TO NOTICE
  • This Notice applies in conjunction with any other notices, contractual clauses and consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by us.
  • We may revise this Notice from time to time without any prior notice. No individual notice will be sent to you. You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this Notice was last updated. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
